Zomentum provides its own payment gateway, built on top of Adyen. This gateway can be used to collect payments on quotes or set up recurring payments. Zomentum will take care of all account creation and depositing funds in your account once they are collected.

You can collect payments and request eSignatures directly from Zomentum quotes and proposals. The same information can also be used for subsequent payment collections. The client is notified before the charge every month. You can also set up custom alerts.
Zomentum Payments offers setting up fallback payment collection methods from the client. So if the first method fails, it will automatically try the other payment methods on file to ensure you are paid on time.

Our eSignature certificate includes your recipient’s name, signatures/initials, verified email address, IP address, and a Date/Time Stamp for when the agreement was completed.
Yes. eSignature software technology from Zomentum is legally binding, ESIGN, and UETA compliant. We provide an electronic certificate with every eSignature that verifies a document’s legitimacy.
If you need more than one person to sign your sales agreement, you can create a signing order to specify when each signer can view and eSign the agreement.

After sending a contract for electronic signature, you can view real-time status updates throughout the signing process. You will be notified if a document is opened or viewed, if the signing process has started, etc., so you can keep track. After the recipient has eSigned the sales contract, you can download it and view the eSignature certificate.
